Hampton Inn & Suites Charlotte-Airport

During my recent stay at this wonderful establishment, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist, which immediately made me feel welcome. The front desk staff was not only efficient in checking me in but also took the time to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They provided helpful recommendations for local dining and attractions, demonstrating an impressive knowledge of the area. Throughout my time there, I encountered various team members, and each one exemplified kindness and attentiveness. When I had a small request regarding my room, it was addressed promptly and with a cheerful attitude. It was clear that the staff genuinely cared about their guests' experiences, going above and beyond to create a positive atmosphere. Moreover, the attention to detail in their service made my stay even more enjoyable. Each morning, I was greeted by the friendly breakfast staff who not only prepared delicious meals but also chatted with guests, fostering a sense of community. It felt like more than just a place to stay; it was a welcoming home away from home. Based on this experience, I have no hesitation in saying that I would stay here again. The combination of outstanding service and the kindness of the people made it a memorable visit that exceeded my expectations. As I plan future trips, this establishment will undoubtedly be at the top of my list, and I look forward to experiencing that same warmth and hospitality once more.

The good It’s right outside the airport, which makes catching flight easy. A short 5 minute shuttle ride (free from the hotel, every 30 minutes). It’s a Hampton Inn. It’s the same as every other one. The bad It’s right next to the airport so you get the jet roars as planes take off. It must be directly in the path as the noise is quite loud. There is a restaurant in the hotel next doors. That’s THE ONlY option within walking (safely) distance.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. All of the staff that I interacted with were kind and accommodating.

Great hotel, close by the airport. Free, really nice breakfast. Great service! And I really loved getting to see the airplanes!

Night shift front desk Terrell was our hero last night when our airline stranded us at an unexpected airport. Not only helped us check in after hours but also helped arrange transport since it was too late for the shuttle.

My flight back home was cancelled after waiting many hours and I needed a place to stay the night. This hotel was perfect. Everything in the room was brand new and very very clean. The staff was so wonderful and caring. There is a shuttle to take you to the airport the next day. This is the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in!!

Can’t recommend this hotel enough! The staff is incredible- Victoria was so friendly at check in, and Shante went above and beyond with helping my scheduling change. Great experience.

The staff makes it special. I needed a shuttle around noon when their driver was on break so they called me a LIFT. I was too early to check in but everyone was so nice and LaShawn found me a room as soon as she could. Obviously Miss Theresa runs the show and she is so friendly and you can tell she is really good at her job. She sets a great example because I Shante introduced herself and made sure I didn't need assistance. I only gave the rooms 3 stars for two reasons. First they are under construction but when they are finished it will be nice. Worst of all is none of the ice machines are connected or worked (I checked every floor). I got ice from the front desk, but that is one of my pet peeves. This will be my go to hotel next time they cancel my flight, which happens all the time in CLT.

Stayed the night before flight home ,perfect location airport less than 5 mins away

This is a well kept hotel. Clean with a friendly staff ESPECIALLY Tim at the front counter. We did have an issue with the tub/shower where the water was either ICE cold or SCALDING hot. Brought it to Tim's attention and (literally) within 3 minutes we were given another room. He didn't need to call anyone, or check with a manager, or try to locate a maintenance guy, he just acted in a professional way to take care of a guest, and it was appreciated because it had been an extremely long day for us. He even recommended a place to eat within walking distance that was also NOT a disappointment. Employees like Tim NEED to be recognized for their effort. One employee can sometimes make or break a travel experience, and in this case Tim was definitely a bright spot. Well done Tim!!
